It’s funny how God works, who would have thought that I would meet the love of my life at an event I was forced to attend. 

Normally I’m a very shy girl and I’m an insider( homebody) so when my mum asked me to go with her to an event she had to cater for my answer was a resounding NO, I didn’t want to go anywhere but she insisted and so I went. At the event, I was so shy, thank God for the corona restrictions I was able to cover my face with a face shield and hide😂. I was just doing my thing, when one girl came to ask for my contact for her brother, I’m usually very strict, I do not give my numbers out at events but her manner of approach made me give her the number with the intention of eventually blocking her supposed brother when he calls😂. Then the brother came to introduce himself, I was so shy, I didn’t even look at his face, I just wanted him to say his piece and leave me. 

Two days after,he texted and we got talking, we found out that we had a whole lot in common, we were from the same village, we were both Catholics, we studied the same course in the university , I was surprised at how comfortable I was with him when it wasn’t the usual for me and when he asked me out on a date I said yes, another first for me, he has always been intentional about me. Our first date was the first time I actually saw his face, all through the time we were talking on phone, I didn’t have a mental picture of what he looked like but I felt comfortable with him so when I saw one handsome bobo I said to myself’ Ahh, he’s even fine’ and he kept making me feel comfortable, he brought in his A game while he was chasing me😂, I found myself falling and falling for the oga when normally I’m a hard guy. He asked me to be his girlfriend officially on the 23rd of September that same year and I accepted and since then we’ve been going strong and now here we are. He always knew I was his wife, he always knew he would marry me, I just didn’t think he was serious but now I know he’s more than serious.
